I started as a personal trainer in 2017, made the switch to online coaching in 2020, and have spent years working with women over 40 who have tried everything and are exhausted by the effort with nothing to show for it.

Yes. You're not buying a program off a shelf. Your workouts are written from scratch after a movement assessment with Coach Santo. Your nutrition coaching starts from your current habits, not a template. Everything is built around you specifically.
What equipment do I need? +
Access to a gym is ideal, but not required. Your program can be written around the equipment you have at home.
I have almost no free time. Can this actually work for me? +
That's exactly who this is built for. Everything is designed to fit a busy schedule - not the schedule you wish you had.
How long does coaching last? +
We'll need at least 12 weeks together to build your foundation. We'll talk through what's right for you on the call.
Will I get a meal plan? +
No - and that's intentional. Meal plans create short-term compliance and long-term dependence. Instead, you'll get food lists, recipe ideas, and nutrition coaching that teaches you how to eat sustainably for the rest of your life.
