Hi, I'm Daniel Rosenthal. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.
I've been working as a personal trainer since 2017 and in early 2020 I began working with people online.
And in the years I’ve spent working with real people and building a following on Instagram, it’s become clear to me that weight loss has become needlessly complicated.

Pillar 1: Flexible Dieting
You’ll learn exactly how to eat the foods you enjoy while still getting results. You’ll still be able to enjoy social events, special occasions, and family pizza nights.
In other words, this won’t feel like dieting as you know it - because no foods are off-limits.
You’ll receive full nutrition coaching with the goal of figuring out a sustainable way of eating that works for you as an individual - to lose weight and keep it off forever.
Pillar 2: Customized Workouts
Take the guesswork out of workouts. You’ll receive a fully customized program with time-efficient workouts designed to strengthen you, leave you feeling toned and defined, increase your energy levels, and fit your schedule.
You’ll receive exclusive access to my fitness app that includes easy-to-follow demo videos, written descriptions, sets, reps, rest time… everything you need for success.
Pillar 3: Support
My team and I keep you accountable by making sure you stay on track and follow the plan we put together. That way, the results you achieve while we work together will stick around long-term.
You’ll receive weekly check-ins, live coaching calls, and you’ll get unlimited access to me and my coaches.

Yes. You’re not signing up for my “program”. This is high-level, one-to-one coaching, customized for each individual client.
Your workout program will be written from scratch after a thorough discussion of your goals and a movement assessment.
Nutrition coaching will use your current habits as a baseline for finding a sustainable way of eating for you specifically.

Access to a gym would be excellent, but is not required. I can write a program based on the equipment you have at home.

Everything we do is designed to make this as easy as possible for you and fit your specific schedule.

As mentioned in the first question, you’re not signing up for my “program” - this is high-level, one-to-one coaching. The minimum commitment for any kind of meaningful change is 12 weeks, but I may recommend longer depending on your goals.

While it may feel easiest to simply follow a meal plan, this won’t give you long-term results. However, I will provide food lists, recipe ideas, and nutrition guides. We’ll work together to build long-lasting habits so that the results we achieve together will stick.
