Hi, I'm Daniel Rosenthal. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.

I've been working as a personal trainer since 2017 and in early 2020 I began working with people online.

And in the years I’ve spent working with real people and building a following of over 130,000 people on Instagram, it’s become clear to me that weight loss has become needlessly complicated.

FAQ

  • Access to a gym would be excellent, but is not required. I can write a program based on the equipment you have at home.

  • No! You can work out as little as 2x per week for 30 minutes and still get results.

  • In the gym (or home gym), we'll make sure you're getting stronger every time you train.

    We’ll track your weight over time, looking for an overall trend.

    You'll take photos every 4 weeks and measurements every 2 weeks.

  • Yes! Your program will be written after you've been taken through a movement assessment.

    Nutrition coaching will use your current habits as a baseline for finding a sustainable way of eating for you as an individual.
