Hi, I'm Daniel Rosenthal.
I'm a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I've been in the industry for over 6 years, spending more than 2,000 hours working one-to-one with clients in person as a personal trainer, and now I work with people online.
I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and habit change. My goal is to get you as strong as possible while helping you lose weight in a sustainable way and developing the habits to keep the weight off long-term.
Fun Facts…
I used to smoke 40 cigarettes per day and eat only junk and fast food.
I quit smoking, introduced more nutritious food into my diet, and started to exercise. I eventually lost around 40 lb of body fat and built 20 lb of muscle.
