Ready to take action?
If you're a busy mom over 40, trying to juggle it all - work, family, life - and you're tired of:
☹️ Struggling to lose weight no matter what you try
☹️ Not having the time or energy to fit workouts into your schedule
☹️ Feeling stuck with your eating habits and unsure how to fix them
☹️ Falling off track every few weeks and starting over again
☹️ Lacking motivation or confidence to walk into a gym
☹️ Worrying it’s “too late” to feel strong and comfortable in your body
You're not alone - and you're not failing.
I help women just like you get strong, lose weight, and keep it off - without extreme diets or 2-hour workouts.
Whether that’s through coaching with me, consuming my free content, or connecting you with the right person, I’ll do whatever I can to help you move forward.
Hi, I'm Daniel Rosenthal.
I’m a husband, dad of two girls, and a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and have worked with hundreds of women to help them take back control of their weight.
I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and sustainable habit change - without the all-or-nothing mentality that’s failed so many times before.
Fun Facts…
I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day and live on fast food.
I lost 30 pounds of body fat and built 15 pounds of muscle by changing my habits - slowly, and without giving up the foods I love.
I’ll always be honest and tell you the truth, even if it’s not what you want to hear.
I’ve been featured in Popsugar, Muscle & Fitness, and Weight Watchers.
